Custom Foil Packaging Pouch 5 kg, Colour-Printed for Diatom Mud

A foil packaging pouch designed around a 5 kg fill, made from aluminium foil and laminated material with an inner high-pressure film layer. It serves colour-printed packaging for diatom mud, putty powder and similar building-material powders, with 1–8 colour printing and a 10,000 pcs minimum order.

The build follows a multi-layer laminated route: the outer layer carries print and mechanical strength, the foil layer handles barrier and light-blocking duty, and the inner film covers heat sealing and product contact. Once laminated, the pouch resists damage through filling, stacking and long-distance transport, and it buffers powders that are sensitive to moisture pickup. Stiffness comes from the material combination, so the bag holds its shape after filling and resists collapsing in a stack.

Volume is developed around the 5 kg fill, and bag dimensions can be adjusted to customer requirements.
