Custom Foil Three-Side-Seal Pouch 1–1000 g for Grains

A three-side-seal foil pouch built from aluminium foil and laminated material, with a volume range of 1–1000 g. It is used for sealed packaging of walnut powder, mixed grains, lotus root starch and similar food powders and granules, printed in 1–8 colours with a 10,000 pcs minimum order.

The pouch is sealed along both sides and the bottom, leaving a flat opening with a consistent orientation that suits automatic and semi-automatic filling lines. The foil layer contributes barrier and light-blocking behaviour, while the laminated material adds tensile strength. The wall stays light yet holds a useful fill, and the heat-sealed edges close evenly to help keep moisture and stray odours out. The three-side seal leaves a narrow margin, so the finished bag takes up little shelf space and packs efficiently into a carton.

The 1–1000 g range lets sample packs and household packs sit inside the same pouch family. Printing covers 1–8 colours, with room on the artwork for the product name, ingredient information and a barcode area; the 10,000 pcs minimum helps food brands keep one visual system across a series, and changing the fill weight does not require a new print plate.

Applications cover dry food categories. Walnut powder, mixed grains, wheat flour, rice and beans all fall within scope. The pouch handles both powders and granules, and when used as a vacuum bag it can be run with a vacuum step that further reduces the air left inside.
