Product details
A three-side-seal foil pouch with a tear notch, used for enzyme drinks, granules and powdered food. Contents of this kind flow easily and pick up moisture readily, so the barrier and the quality of the seal decide the condition of the product across its shelf life.
The material is an aluminium foil or metallized laminate. The foil layer holds back moisture and oxygen, which matters particularly for strongly hygroscopic powders; the metallized layer reaches a metal-deposited barrier and suits food lines that are more cost-sensitive. The pouch laminates a printed outer film, a middle barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film, and the inner material has to meet the requirements for food contact.
Printing supports 1-8 colours. Online-brand products often carry saturated colour and large artwork areas, and a proof shows the overall effect first. Sizes are made to order: bag dimensions, tear-notch style and whether a stand-up base is added are all negotiable. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, suitable for the first order and the replenishments of an enzyme product sold online.
Applications are stated as enzyme drinks, granules and powder, and food packaging, and the food pouches and heavy-gauge foil vacuum pouches in the keywords share the structure; when filling powder or granules the bag capacity is calculated from bulk density.
