Built to order in our factory for juice and drinks lines, this double-gusset pouch concentrates on 3L and 5L fills, fitted with a butterfly valve and counted as bag-in-box. Drinks turn over fast and run in large volumes, so buyers tend to weigh how a pouch behaves on the filler and how consistent its valve is above how a single bag looks on a bench, because the cost of a stoppage outweighs the cost of the packaging itself.
The material is PET+AL+PA+PE. The foil layer blocks light and oxygen, which protects flavour compounds and pigments in juice; PA improves puncture resistance for the repeated loads of boxing, stacking and shipping; the PE inner layer seals and touches the drink. Between them, the layers let the pouch stay light while still doing a job a heavier single film could not.
Thickness is 15-25丝, volume covers 1-5L, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
