Product details
On this foil stand-up pouch the valve and spout sit on the same body, and the handle is set into the top, so once it drops into a carton the bag-in-box set is complete. Juice and wine rarely finish in one sitting after opening, and a valve opens and closes repeatedly, which suits taking a portion at a time better than a screw cap that has to be found again each time the pack is used.
The film bonds PET, AL, PA and PE in order. Outer PET holds the printed face and the mechanical strength, aluminium foil handles light and oxygen blocking, the PA nylon in the middle keeps the bag whole through folding and handling, and the innermost PE both seals and touches the contents. The double-gusset base folds into two supports that help the bag stand once boxed, and keeps the base from rounding out under the weight of a full fill.
Volume runs 1-5L, film thickness is 15-25丝, printing covers 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

Production is handled by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. A sample bag can be made against your carton first to check valve position and bag size, so a mismatch shows up before tooling is committed and before any carton stock is printed.
Send the volume, film thickness and artwork when you want a sample. Material, colour and size differences bring price differences, so the approved sample decides the figure.
