This 3L double-gusset red-wine spout pouch treats water tightness and leak resistance as the design focus: the bag holds wine-type liquids, and a weeping edge seal or valve seat puts a whole carton at risk. Seal width, valve-seat welding and the folded base are therefore the three points that get the closest control during bag making, because each of them sees liquid under pressure at some point in the life of the pack.
The body is laminated from PET+AL+PA+PE. The heat-seal curve of the inner PE layer decides how tight the edge seals are, the foil layer blocks light and oxygen, PA nylon improves overall toughness, and outer PET takes both print and wear. Adhesive bonds layer to layer, and lamination quality decides whether the pouch ever delaminates and weeps, so curing is not a step that can be shortened.
Film thickness is 15-25丝, volume covers 1-5L, printing is 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
It serves coffee valve pouches and liquor foil pouches, and also matches juice packaging, beverages, red-wine packaging, drinking-water packaging and liquid packaging. Coffee syrups and concentrated drinks are common companions to wine on the same filling line.
