Custom Foil Stand-up Pouch 1–5 L for Red Wine

Made to order and printed to your artwork, this foil stand-up pouch targets red-wine and spirits packaging, carrying a butterfly valve and spout and ready to go into a carton as a bag-in-box. Wine changes once it meets air, and in a pouch format the bag collapses as it empties, so the remaining liquid has less chance to meet air than it would in a rigid container with a headspace sitting above it.

The body is a PET+AL+PA+PE laminate: foil is the barrier workhorse, nylon carries flexibility and puncture resistance, outer PET takes the ink, and inner PE both seals and touches the wine. The double-gusset base keeps the bag steady inside the box and less likely to topple in transit, which matters when a carton of wine is handled the way cartons usually are.

Thickness is 15-25丝, volume covers 1-5L, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

Juice packaging, beverages, red-wine packaging, drinking-water packaging, coffee and liquid packaging all fall inside its range. For a winery the pouch also opens up pack sizes a bottle cannot easily serve, since the same body covers the whole 1-5L span and the carton, not the glass, sets the shelf presence.
