Made to order for juice, red wine and other liquids, this double-gusset bag-in-box pouch carries both a valve and a spout and works with an outer carton as a bag-in-box system. After filling, the soft bag sits inside a box: the carton holds the shape, the bag holds the liquid, and once opened the valve serves the contents while the rest stays put for the next sitting instead of being moved into another container.
The body is a four-layer PET+AL+PA+PE lamination. PET gives the outer face strength and printability, the AL foil layer blocks light and oxygen, PA nylon adds puncture and flex resistance, and PE forms the inner layer that seals and touches the liquid. The double-gusset base folds twice, spreading load more evenly once the bag is inside its carton, so the weight is not carried by one narrow seam.
Thickness is 15-25丝, volume covers 1-5L, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
