Product details
This made-to-order 2L juice spout pouch puts the fill at 2L, sitting between a single serving and a share at home. A butterfly valve and a carry handle go on the body, and the double-gusset base makes boxing easy. At 2L the weight is easy to manage by hand, and the valve reopens as often as needed after the first pour without the pack losing its shape or the base softening up.
The body uses a four-layer PET+AL+PA+PE laminate. Outer PET carries strength and print, the AL foil layer blocks light and oxygen, PA improves flex and puncture behaviour, and the inner PE layer touches the liquid and makes the seal. With foil in the build, the protection a pouch gives does not rest on thickness alone, which is why a comparatively light film can still hold a demanding liquid.
Volume is 1-5L, film thickness 15-25丝, printing 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
