Supplied for food service and drinks channels, this 5L double-gusset stand-up pouch settles on a large pack size that gets used often. With 5L, finishing the bag in one go is rare, so a valve and spout are fitted: draw what you need and leave the rest, with no decanting into another container and no half-empty bottle sitting open on the shelf between services.
The body is a four-layer PET+AL+PA+PE lamination. PET on the outside resists wear and takes print, the AL layer blocks light and oxygen, PA adds puncture resistance, and the inner PE layer makes the seal. The stand-up base works with the double-gusset structure to keep a full soft bag steady inside its carton, so it can be stacked and moved without the contents sloshing the pack out of shape.
Film thickness is 15-25丝, volume covers 1-5L, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
