Custom Foil Face-Mask Pouch 30 ml for Sheet Mask

A foil pouch sized for a 30 ml fill, built as a flat-bottom three-side-seal bag. The base opens out so the filled pouch stands upright on a shelf or inside a gift box, and the face carries a tear notch. Brand logos can be printed across the panel.

The body is an aluminium foil or metallized laminate. The foil layer supplies light blocking and a high barrier while the metallized layer delivers a metal-deposited barrier; a printed outer film and a heat-seal inner film complete the laminate. The flat-bottom design adds a folded base to the standard three-side-seal construction, which steadies the pouch and suits filling with mask serum or skincare essence.

Printing runs to 1-8 colours, with logos and artwork produced from the customer's design files and colour confirmed against a proof. Dimensions are made to order: bag size, the depth of the base fold and the position of the tear notch can all be adjusted. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, a fit for a skincare item that keeps one fixed fill size.
