Product details
A three-side-seal foil pouch from a face-mask pouch printing factory, made to the customer's specification and used for skincare serums and trial-size samples. The body is laminated from foil and metallized film in a three-side-seal format, with a level seal after filling and a single-serve capacity suited to one application of serum or essence.
These small pouches are formed by heat-sealing a laminate on three sides and closing the fourth after filling. The foil layer provides light blocking and barrier and the metallized layer offers a lighter route to light blocking; both limit how much light reaches an active-ingredient formula. Small pouches have a high seal-to-panel ratio, so temperature and pressure are controlled more finely — an over-strong seal is hard to tear and a weak one may leak.
Specification is made to order: pouch dimensions and notch or tear style are confirmed against the sample fill volume and the filling equipment. Printing runs 1–8 colours and can carry brand marks, product names and descriptive text, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
The pouch covers sheet and eye mask packaging and household and skincare cosmetics packaging. Skincare serums, serum samples, eye masks and mask samples are common applications. Small three-side-seal pouches are compact, which makes them easy to hand out or combine into sets.
