A made-to-order three-side-seal foil pouch for face masks, laminated from several materials so that a logo can be printed on the panel. It is a standard flexible pack for flat and liquid contents such as sheet masks and eye masks.
The laminate is the heart of the design. The usual build gives the outer printed film the job of carrying artwork and contributing mechanical strength, the middle aluminium foil or metallized layer the job of barrier, and the inner heat-seal film the job of keeping the seal tight after filling. The pure-foil route blocks more thoroughly, while the metallized route balances the same barrier requirement against cost.
Printing supports 1-8 colours; the minimum line weight and smallest type size for a logo are confirmed against the printing process. Sizes are made to order, and bag dimensions and corner radii can be adjusted within the three-side-seal format. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, and it is worth settling the artwork file and a proof before the run.
