Custom Foil Packaging Pouch 1–500 g for Green Tea and Black Tea

A custom stand-up tea pouch with a resealable closure, covering a 1–500 g volume range and made from aluminium foil and metallized laminate, with a stand-up base and a zip at the top so the pack can be closed again after opening. Green tea, black tea, white tea and scented tea all fit; there is no need to hunt for a clip after opening, and the aroma escapes more slowly.

The base of a stand-up pouch is folded and heat-sealed into a platform that lets the body stand. Inside the top, the zip holds by interlocking ridges so it can be opened and closed repeatedly. The foil layer provides barrier in the laminate and the metallized layer provides light blocking, and together they limit the effect of light and damp on tea. The zip and the top seal have to be matched to the pouch material, otherwise the closure loses its grip after repeated use.

Volume is selected between 1–500 g to match the fill. Printing runs 1–8 colours, and the layout can carry brand marks, tea type and net weight; pouch dimensions, zip specification and base construction are confirmed to order, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

Uses cover tea packaging, food packaging and powdered-food packaging. Loose tea, scented tea and herbal teas are common applications, and the pouch also works for nuts or powdered foods that are taken out repeatedly.
