Custom Foil Packaging Pouch for Tea

This factory-customised foil tea pouch takes an aluminium foil layer as its main material and doubles as a snack food pouch. A metallized film layer is added to the foil to build a multilayer composite, balancing light blocking, moisture resistance and aroma retention, which suits teas and roasted nut products that need their aroma kept in.

The aluminium foil layer does the core barrier work, the metallized layer adds light blocking and a metallic look, and the inner heat-seal film closes the pack. The multilayer build keeps barrier performance good at a modest thickness and helps the pouch form reliably on filling lines. Foil gives the heavier barrier, while the metallized layer keeps the bag light and the surface bright.

Dimensions are made to order, printing is 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The format can be three-side seal, centre seal or stand-up, and artwork and opening style can be adjusted to requirement.

It suits tea pouches, vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches, and also works for sealed portions of snacks, dried fruit and roasted goods.

Kody Packaging's production base is in Dongguan, Guangdong, where material lamination and bag forming happen in the same plant. Samples follow a customer's pouch or drawing before production.
