Custom Foil Pouch 1–100 g for Cooked Food

A custom vacuum food foil pouch covering a 1–100 g volume range, built from an aluminium foil and metallized laminate for vacuum packing cooked foods. The pouch is flat in form and clings to the shape of meat, soy products and other irregular items after vacuuming, which cuts down on air left inside the pack.

The bag is heat-sealed from a flexible laminate, with the foil layer providing barrier and the metallized layer providing light blocking, each doing its own job. Food packaging puts the emphasis on seal strength and migration risk, so the inner film has to be matched to the fat and moisture profile of the contents. After lamination the pouch still goes through slitting and bag making, and how flat the seals come out directly affects how long vacuum holds.

Volume is selected between 1–100 g. Printing runs 1–8 colours, with the layout, product information and colour set from the customer's files, and pouch dimensions and sealing method made to order, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

The pouch serves vacuum cooked-food packing and cooked-food freshness applications, common for braised products, sauce items and dried tofu, and also usable for other foods that need light and moisture protection.
