Custom Foil Pouch 1–50 g for Ultrasound Gel and Blood Glucose Test

This single-use ultrasound gel pouch uses pure aluminium foil as its body material and covers 1-50G, made for single-dose packaging of medical ultrasound gel, blood glucose test strips and similar items. The aluminium layer offers strong barrier performance that keeps contents stable through the storage period, and single use removes the cross-contamination risk that comes with reusing a container.

The body laminates pure aluminium foil with an inner heat-seal film. The foil blocks moisture, oxygen and light, all critical protection for gel and test-strip products, while the heat-seal layer determines seam tightness. The pouch is generally a three-side-seal construction, leaving enough of the front face to print batch codes and usage information. Keeping the print area generous matters when batch details have to fit alongside the brand.

The volume range is 1-50G. Dimensions are made to order, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Filling port position, seam width and whether a tear opening is needed can all be confirmed at sampling.

It serves medical ultrasound gel, ultrasound gel for B-scans and blood-glucose test packaging, and is also used for other single-dose medical consumables that need barrier protection.
