Custom Foil Pouch 1–50 g for Ultrasound Gel and Blood Glucose Test

This medical foil pouch uses a laminated material structure and a 1-50G volume, packaging items such as ultrasound gel and blood glucose test strips for single use. The laminate keeps barrier performance while staying flexible enough to run at speed on automatic filling lines, and the pouch lies flat after sealing, which helps with boxing and downstream handling.

A typical laminate combines an aluminium foil layer with several polymer film layers. The foil blocks moisture and oxygen, while the polymer layers supply strength and heat-seal performance. The mix of materials keeps the pouch from becoming brittle in cold conditions or during handling, and holds the seams stable. That behaviour matters when pouches are filled at speed and then packed tightly for shipping.

The volume range covers 1-50G. Dimensions are made to order, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Format, layer combination and artwork can be configured around the customer's filling equipment and labelling requirements.

It is used for medical ultrasound gel, ultrasound gel for B-scans and blood-glucose test packaging, and also suits other small medical consumable packs that need sealing and barrier performance.
