Custom Foil Pouch, Colour-Printed for Black Tea

This custom colour-printed food pouch is mainly a zippered stand-up format with metallized laminated film. The zip at the top can be reopened and closed repeatedly, and a stand-up base keeps it upright, serving moisture-proof small packs of black tea. Combining printed artwork with a stand-up structure means the product can stand on shelf and buyers can reseal it after opening.

The body laminates a metallized layer with a pure aluminium layer. The metallized face handles light blocking and the visual finish, the aluminium layer blocks moisture and oxygen, and the inner heat-seal film forms the seal. The zip and the stand-up base are the two structural parts: one governs resealing convenience, the other upright stability. Both are formed during bag making, so they can be adjusted without changing the printed design.

Dimensions are made to order, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch length and width, zip position, base fold and artwork can all follow the customer's product line.

It is often used for black tea and other tea pouches, and also covers vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches, suiting retail shelf display and portion-by-portion use at home.
