Product details
A custom-made foil sheet-mask pouch, with the specification set to order. The body is made from aluminium foil and metallized laminate in a flat three-side-seal format, used for single-piece packing of silk sheet masks and similar sheet masks. The internal space matches the folded mask size, and the seal is level, so fibres are not dragged out when the pack is torn open.
In the mask pouch laminate, the outer layer handles printing and feel, the foil or metallized layer handles light blocking and barrier, and the inner layer secures the heat seal and compatibility with the contents. Essence contains water and alcohol, which places demands on the inner film, so the material combination has to be confirmed against the formula. The seals also have to withstand squeezing in transit without leaking.
Specification is made to order: pouch dimensions, notch style and tear-point position are confirmed against the folded mask size and the filling line. Printing runs 1–8 colours and can carry brand marks, ingredient information and promotional panels, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
The pouch serves sheet and eye mask packaging and household cosmetics packaging: silk masks, non-woven masks, eye masks and skincare samples all fit. The same format also suits small-volume packing of essences and serums.
Kody Packaging is in Dongguan, Guangdong, producing custom foil and metallized laminate pouches, with lamination, slitting and bag making done in-house. A customer can send a mask sample and the factory will check pouch dimensions and seal condition against it.
Material build, colour count and specification each change the price, so the actual figure follows the sample and the confirmed specification.
