This foil stand-up pouch is made for roasted coffee beans from 250 g to 1 kg. The aluminium layer protects the beans from light, oxygen and moisture, which is what keeps aroma and flavour after roasting, and the pouch stands on its base so the printed front panel faces the customer on the shelf.
A one-way degassing valve is fitted so the carbon dioxide released by freshly roasted beans escapes without air travelling back in. A top zipper can be added so the buyer reseals the pack between brews. The laminate combines a printable outer layer, the foil barrier and an inner heat-seal layer, and the pouch is made to the fill weight, with the valve and zipper positions set to the packing machine.
Printing covers 1–8 colours across the front and back panels, giving space for origin, roast, tasting notes and brewing guidance. Guangdong Kody Packaging manufactures coffee packaging to order and supplies samples before volume production.
