Custom Foil Spout Pouch 1–50 g for Ultrasound Gel

This coupling gel pouch supplied for hospital ultrasound departments uses a spout format with a volume range of 1-50G, its body a laminate of aluminium foil and metallized film. Gels are viscous and flow poorly, and squeeze dispensing through a spout matches that behaviour, letting clinical staff control how much is dispensed per examination.

In the laminate the aluminium foil layer does the barrier work and the metallized layer helps block light, while the inner heat-seal film forms a complete seal at the spout root and along the pouch seams. The pouch also has to withstand the pressure of filling and the handling and stacking that follow.

The volume range is 1-50G. Dimensions and format are made to order, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Customers can choose pouch size and spout position to suit their filling machine. Filling speed and gel viscosity are the two things worth telling the factory up front.
