Custom Foil Spout Pouch 16 g, 20 ml for Ultrasound Gel

This medical coupling gel pouch is commonly labelled at 16g and 20ml, with the volume range reaching 50G, and it uses aluminium foil laminate with a spout for packing the coupling gel used in ultrasound examinations. Small single-dose formats are easy to take and replace in examination departments and cut down on gel left over and wasted after opening.

The body laminates an aluminium foil layer with a metallized layer. The foil blocks moisture and oxygen, while the metallized layer blocks light. The spout is heat-sealed to the pouch root, which is the critical step that keeps the pack from leaking during squeezing. Both the joint and the film have to hold up through handling on a busy examination trolley, where packs are picked up and put down all day.

Labels include 16g and 20ml, and the volume range is 1-50G. Dimensions are made to order, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch length and width, spout diameter and printed content can follow the customer's filling line.
