Custom Foil Spout Pouch 16 g for Ultrasound Gel

The 16 g ultrasound gel spout pouch is a foil-based flexible pack built around the way an ultrasound room uses gel, with a body volume range of 1–50 g. Gel is squeezed straight from the spout without tearing the pouch open, and the body uses either an aluminium foil or a metallized build to give the contents light blocking and barrier protection.

In format this is a spout pouch: the laminate is heat-sealed into a cavity and the spout is welded into the opening. The foil layer carries the barrier duty, holding back light and part of the gas and moisture vapour, while the metallized option delivers similar light blocking from a thinner build. The spout root and the seals are the critical points, so temperature and pressure are set separately during bag making.

Volume can be selected anywhere in the 1–50 g band to match the fill weight, printing runs 1–8 colours, and layout content and colour codes can be adjusted to need. Spout diameter and pouch length and width follow the filling equipment and gel viscosity. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
