A factory-supplied three-side-seal vacuum food foil pouch covering a 1–100 g volume range, made from aluminium foil and metallized laminate in a flat three-side-seal format for vacuum packing cooked foods. With oily products such as dried tofu and braised items, the pouch clings to the contents after vacuuming, and the metallized layer blocks light, slowing the flavour changes that come with oxidation.

These bags are formed by heat-sealing two laminate sheets on three sides and leaving one side for filling before it is sealed and vacuumed. A metallized film carries a thin aluminium layer on a substrate, which gives good light blocking at a lower weight than pure foil; used alongside foil, the barrier and body of the pouch can be balanced to need. The inner layer contacts food directly, so the seal must be tight.

Volume is chosen from the 1–100 g range to match product weight. Printing runs 1–8 colours and can carry full-colour layouts, product names and ingredient information; pouch dimensions and seal width are made to order, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
