Custom Foil Three-Side-Seal Pouch 1–500 g

A custom three-side-seal foil pouch from a packaging bag factory, covering a 1–500 g volume range, made from aluminium foil and metallized laminate with three sides heat-sealed and one left as the filling opening; the top is finished with an easy-open feature, so no tool is needed to open it. The pouch can be vacuumed to meet sealing requirements and also suits products that pass through a sterilisation step after filling.

On a three-side-seal pouch the seals run around the body and the final side is closed after filling. The foil layer carries the barrier duty in the laminate and the metallized layer handles light blocking, so the pouch blocks light and gas reliably. A sterilisation step changes temperature and humidity, so seal width, sealing pressure and cooling time need matching to prevent the seals turning brittle or channelling afterwards.

Volume covers 1–500 g. Printing runs 1–8 colours, with graphics, text and colour produced from the customer's design files, and pouch dimensions, easy-open position and seal width can all be customised. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

The pouch addresses tea packaging, food packaging and powdered-food packaging; tea, powdered drink mixes and other products needing a sealed, light-blocking pack all fall within its range. A three-side-seal format is flat, which helps with cartoning and stacking.
