Product details
This custom tea pouch covers green, black, white and scented tea, with the format selectable between three-side seal and centre seal and vacuuming supported. The body uses metallized laminated film with a pure aluminium layer, aimed mainly at the moisture pickup and flavour transfer that teas suffer in storage.
Three-side seal and centre seal differ in where the seam falls: three seams enclose the former and keep the front face whole, while the latter puts the seam down the centre of the back panel for a narrower silhouette. Both block light with the metallized layer, hold back moisture with the aluminium layer and close with an inner heat-seal film.
Dimensions are made to order, printing is 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Customers pick the format, pouch size and whether to vacuum according to the tea type and portion size.
It suits green, black, white and scented tea pouches, and can also be used for vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches. Many buyers run one pouch design across several tea grades and separate them by print rather than by structure.
Kody Packaging runs lamination and bag-making workshops in Dongguan, Guangdong. Samples follow the customer's tea sample and packaging brief, and volume production starts once the sample is approved.
