Product details
A heavy-gauge three-side-seal laminate pouch with a tear notch at the mouth, used for aluminium foil face-mask pouches as well as cold-compress patches, medicated plasters and small food packs. The extra weight shows up in the thickness of the laminate, which makes the bag more resistant to pulling and stops corners splitting under pressure.
The material is aluminium foil or metallized laminate. The foil layer blocks light and holds back moisture vapour and oxygen, the metallized layer supplies a metal-deposited barrier, and either can be laminated with a printed surface film and an inner heat-seal film. In the heavier grade, puncture resistance holds up better when the fill is a patch with some rigidity or a food product containing granules.
Printing supports 1-8 colours and can run as full-surface work from the customer's artwork. Sizes are made to order, and bag length and width, tear-notch depth and seal width are all negotiable. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, suited to volume shipments of medicated patches and small food sachets.
Applications are stated as sheet and eye masks and household and skincare cosmetics. The food pouch and cooked-food freshness uses in the keywords belong to the same applications of a three-side-seal laminate, and the inner layer has to be confirmed separately for food contents.
