Product details
A foil three-side-seal spout pouch for medical use, standard at 16 g and customisable across a 1-50G range, intended for ultrasound coupling gel and similar medical gels. The spout makes dispensing and measured dosing easier and reduces the risk of contamination once the pack is opened.
The material is an aluminium foil or metallized laminate. The foil layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture, which suits gel products with stability requirements; the metallized layer supplies a metal-deposited barrier at a balanced cost. The laminate works together with the spout fitment, and the seal has to hold firmly at the base of the spout to prevent leaking under pressure.
Printing supports 1-8 colours, and the panel usually carries the product name, the volume and the instructions for use. Sizes are made to order, with volume, spout diameter and bag outline all negotiable. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, in keeping with procurement batches for medical consumables.
