Product details
A custom-printed laminate face-mask pouch that also serves cosmetics lotions, with a format that can be designed for vacuum packing. A vacuum pack places a higher demand on seal tightness, so the film combination and the sealing parameters both have to be tightened accordingly.
The material is an aluminium foil or metallized laminate. The foil layer holds back moisture vapour and oxygen, the metallized layer reaches a metal-deposited barrier, the printed outer film carries artwork and mechanical strength, and the inner heat-seal film decides how well the pack seals. When the fill is a lotion, the inner material has to be compatible with the contents to avoid delamination or leakage.
Printing supports 1-8 colours, covering the full panel or leaving white space. Sizes are made to order: bag dimensions, seal width and whether a vacuum structure is used are all open to discussion. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, suitable for a first production run of a cosmetic lotion or a face-mask item.
