Custom Metallized Centre-Seal Pouch for Scented Tea

Supplied by Kody Packaging as a bag manufacturer, this gusseted centre-seal pouch pairs matte metallized film with a pure aluminium barrier layer for sealing scented tea, tea and food. The matte finish does not glare under shop lighting, so printed artwork reads well in the understated visual style common to tea brands, and the gusseted centre-seal build balances stiffness with capacity.

The matte metallized film forms the outer face and the aluminium layer the barrier. The face carries the look and blocks some light, while the aluminium layer handles moisture and oxygen. The centre seam sits on the back panel, and side gussets let the pouch open into a squared shape that holds through vacuuming.

Dimensions are made to order, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The degree of matte, pouch length and width, whether to add gussets and whether to vacuum can all be arranged to request.

It is common for tea pouches and scented tea portions, and also covers vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches, suiting dry goods where storage stability matters.

The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with lamination and bag making on one site, so film and finished bags stay under one quality routine. Samples follow the customer's reference pouch or specification and are approved before bulk production.
