Custom Metallized Packaging Pouch 1–500 g for Scented Tea

A block-bottom pouch supplied from a source food-bag factory, covering a 1–500 g volume range, made from a foil and metallized laminate and formed with a centre seal and side gussets, so it fills out into a shape close to a brick for tea, dried flower tea and powdered food. The square proportions pack tightly into cartons and line up neatly on a shelf.

This format is a centre-seal gusset pouch: the longitudinal seam sits on the back, the side gussets build thickness into the body, and the top and bottom are closed by further heat sealing. The foil layer provides barrier and the metallized layer provides light blocking, and together they help keep tea away from damp and light. The gussets and the back seam take the sealing load, so temperature and pressure are calibrated for them separately.

Volume is selected between 1–500 g. Printing runs 1–8 colours, with the layout carrying the product type, net weight and origin details, and pouch dimensions and gusset width made to order, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

The pouch covers tea packaging, food packaging and powdered-food packaging; dried flower tea, herbal tea, teabags and coffee powder all work in it.
