Product details
A milky-white metallized laminate pouch in a three-side-seal flat-mouth construction, usable as inner packaging for face masks, powders, medicines and food. The warm milky base brings printed colour closer to the design file and makes pale-toned artwork easier to handle.
The material is aluminium foil or metallized laminate, chosen according to the barrier requirement. The foil layer blocks light and moisture; the metallized layer provides a metal-deposited barrier. The printed outer film carries the artwork and the inner heat-seal film closes the bag. The milky tone is normally produced by a white or spot-colour base on the surface film, contrasting with the silver of the foil.
Printing supports 1-8 colours, and sizes are made to order: for a flat pouch the length, width, seal width and the choice of a tear notch are all negotiable. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, which fits steady-volume work such as mask pouches and powder pouches.
