Custom Packaging Pouch 100 g, 250 g for Scented Tea and Green Tea

This tea pouch is made in a zippered format: the top carries a zip that opens and closes repeatedly, and the pack sizes are 100 g and 250 g, suited to jasmine tea, white tea, green tea and assorted fine teas for portioning and retail. The resealable structure lets buyers close the bag again after taking tea out, which slows the aroma loss that follows opening.

The body laminates a metallized layer with a pure aluminium layer. The metallized layer reflects light, the aluminium layer blocks moisture, and the inner heat-seal film carries the seal strength. The zip sits outside the heat-sealed mouth, so it can be worked many times without affecting the pouch seal itself.

The main pack sizes are 100 g and 250 g. Dimensions are made to order, printing is 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch length and width, zip specification and printed content can all be set to requirement.

It suits jasmine, white and green tea pouches, and can also be used for vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches, fitting a retail model built on many lines in modest volumes.
