Custom Pure-Aluminium Face-Mask Pouch for Sheet Mask

This face-mask pouch uses pure aluminium foil as its core layer with a matt finish on the outer surface, and it is built as a three-side-seal bag. A matt face reflects little light on shelf and feels smooth to the touch, a finish commonly chosen for cosmetics packaging.

Two material routes are available: pure foil and metallized film. Dense pure foil provides a strong barrier against moisture vapour, oxygen and light; metallized film achieves barrier through a vacuum-deposited aluminium layer and balances cost with a metallic look. A typical build laminates a printed surface film, the foil barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film, and the seal width on all three sides is set to carry the weight of the filled contents.

Printing can run to 1-8 colours, with colour matching and layout following the brand's artwork. Bag dimensions are made to order, and the length-to-width ratio, rounded or square corners and the style of tear opening are all open to discussion. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, and a sample pouch can be produced first so the finish and colour can be checked.
