A pure-aluminium-foil three-side-seal laminate pouch made directly at a Dongguan factory, mainly for cosmetics face-mask packaging. Buying direct from the factory means the steps from laminate to finished pouch sit with one producer, which shortens the path for agreeing specifications and artwork.
Pure aluminium foil is the main material, though metallized film can be substituted. Dense foil gives a steady barrier against light, oxygen and moisture vapour, while metallized film reaches barrier through a deposited aluminium layer at a controlled cost. The pouch laminates a printed surface layer, a barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film, and the seal width on the three sides is set from the fill weight.
Printing runs to 1-8 colours; artwork and text are produced from the customer's files and colour is confirmed by proof. Sizes are made to order, and bag dimensions, seal format and tear-notch position can all be adjusted. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, workable for brands and trading companies ordering in small to medium batches.
