Custom Pure-Aluminium Foil Pouch for Sheet Mask

A customisable matt colour-printed pure-foil pouch in a three-side-seal flat-mouth format with a tear notch, used for vacuum-style packing of cosmetics and face masks. The matt surface combined with colour printing gives the bag a soft, low-sheen colour under light.

Two material routes are offered, pure aluminium foil and metallized laminate. Pure foil gives a steady barrier and suits contents that must be kept from light, while metallized film reaches a metal-deposited barrier. The matt face is usually produced by treating the surface film, the colour artwork is printed onto it, and the inner heat-seal film closes the pouch; once laminated, the layers work together for light blocking, barrier and sealing.

Printing covers 1-8 colours, and how colour renders on a matt film is confirmed through a proof. Sizes are made to order, and for a flat pouch the length, width, tear-notch position and seal width can all be adjusted. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, fitting routine production for a colour-cosmetics or skincare line.
