Custom Pure-Aluminium Vacuum Pouch 1–500 g for Tea

A pure aluminium organ pouch that works both as a vacuum pouch and a centre-seal pouch, covering a 1–500 g volume range. The body is laminated from foil and metallized film, can be vacuumed, and suits tea, dried goods and grain powders. Gussets run down both sides, and once vacuumed the pouch draws in while still holding a level shape.

In the structure, the side gussets leave room for the contents, and the centre seam at the back joins the two sheets into a closed cavity after heat sealing. The foil layer carries strong barrier performance and the metallized layer leans towards light blocking, so the balance can be shifted to suit the shelf life a product needs. For vacuum use, inner-layer seal strength and pouch flexibility are what hold the vacuum.

Volume covers 1–500 g. Printing runs 1–8 colours, with layout, text and colour produced from the customer's files, and pouch dimensions and gusset width made to order. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production scheduled to order.

Applications include tea packaging, food packaging and powdered-food packaging: grain powders, meal-replacement powders, dried goods and tea can all be packed. For products that need light and moisture protection while keeping bulk down, this pouch format is practical.
