Custom Spout Pouch 16 g, 20 ml for Ultrasound Gel

This is a coupling gel spout pouch for ultrasound work, and its specification follows both the weight and the volume convention — 16 g, 20 ml and 50 g appear side by side — with the pouch body covering a 1–50 g range. A single hand can squeeze gel out and spread it on the probe or the skin without tearing the pack first, which makes the dose easier to control.

The pouch is made from aluminium foil and metallized laminate. The outer layer carries the printing and mechanical protection, the middle barrier layer blocks light and slows gas and moisture vapour transmission, and the inner layer keeps the seal strong and stays stable in long contact with gel. With the duties split that way the pack stays reliably opaque, and the walls spring back after squeezing instead of holding a crease.

Volume is chosen between 1–50 g to match the fill. Printing runs 1–8 colours and can carry an institution name, product name, batch panel and directions. Spout diameter, pouch length and width, and details such as hanging holes or notches are confirmed to order, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

The intended setting is medical ultrasound gel and ultrasound gel packed into portions, and the pouch also suits blood-glucose test packaging. Ultrasound departments, imaging centres and suppliers of gel consumables are the usual users, and one pouch format covers both small and larger fills.
